This spicy blend of 40% Mavrodaphne, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Agiorgitiko has a very deep intense purple colour and an intense, floral, fairly complex, ripe, slightly canded, plum-cassis-black-cherry nose with some slightly smoky, cedar-sandalwood notes. Dry, medium-full bodied, quite well structured, spicy, ripe, plummy-cherry-cassis flavours with a bright, lingering, cedar-vanilla, slightly off-dry finish. Has full malolactic and was aged in new American oak for 8 months with 14% alcohol and 12 g/L residual sugar. No lot number on the back label. The much preferred best buy 2020 with 91-points was released on October 7, 2023 at $24.95. CSPC 25708
