CRIANZA 2020 DO Toro
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer ELÍAS MORA
This 2020 was tasted with Alain Laliberte and has a deep intense purple colour. Attractive, very slightly spicy, intense, ripe, plum-black-cherry nose with some cedar, sandalwood and mineral notes. Dry, medium-full bodied, very nicely structured, intense, ripe, very bright, plum-mulberry-cassis flavours are followed up with a lingering, elegant, cedary, gently complex, faintly earthy, still slightly grippy, harmonious finish. Aged for 12 months in 50% American and 50% French oak, this 100% Tina de Toro (aka Tempranillo) has a hefty 15.5% alcohol and under 3 g/L residual sugar. CSPC 366815
