XAVIER VIGNON |
A FIFTH repeat of the 2020 that was released on May 11, 2024 at $18.95. Here is my previous note. Medium-deep garnet colour. Slightly spicy, ripe, baked, plum-cherry-raspberry nose with some licorice-sandalwood notes. Dry, medium+ bodied, bright, spicy, ripe, intense, plum-cassis-raspberry flavours with a lingering, sandalwood-licorice-tinged finish. Don’t wait, it’s quite ready-to-drink now. This 14.5% alcohol organic blend of 75% Syrah, 10% Grenache,10% Mourvèdre and 5% other grape varieties has 2 g/L residual sugar with NEW lot number L3199S on the upper part of the glass bottle. |
