LIKKA 2018 DOQ Priorat
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer PERINET
NEW in Vintages. This Priorat blend of 40% Carignan, 30% Syrah, 15% Merlot and 5% Grenache has a deep purple colour. Spicy, bright, ripe, plummy, crancherry nose with some slightly herbal notes. Dry, medium+ bodied, slightly spicy, bright, ripe, crancherry-plum-cassis flavours with a lingering, gently cedary, tangy finish. It has 15% alcohol, under 3 g/L residual sugar and 5.15 g/L total acidity. Aged 12 months in 60% neutral French oak and 40% in stainless steel tanks, it was bottled on January 18, 2022. CSPC 40536

TASTING NOTE: Dark fruited with young plum, light green peppercorn notes, bitter chocolate, and a toasted nutty note across the top.
