VERMENTINO 2023 DOC Bolgheri
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer GUADO AL TASSO
This fresh delightful 2023 Vermentino has a bright medium straw colour. Attractive, youthful, fresh, slightly spicy, gently floral, honeyed, ripe, melon-apple-pear puree nose with some minerally, faintly savoury notes. Dry, medium to medium-light bodied, slightly spicy, very bright, fresh, ripe, wintermelon-apple flavours with a crisp, very faintly grassy, unoaked, lingering finish. A truly refined example of this grape, it would be perfect with oysters and seafood. Although not inexpensive, it is pristine and ready-to-drink with 13% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar. CSPC 473736
