| Medium-deep violet-red colour. Attractive, slightly floral, violet-tinged bright, spicy, lively, very fresh, ripe, plum-cherry-cassis nose. Dry, medium bodied, nicely structured, slightly spicy, bright, ripe plum-cherry fruit flavours with a lingering, lively, refreshing, gentle sandalwood-tinged finish. Aged for 12 months in Allier oak barrels, this ready to drink, versatile, crowd-pleaser has 14% alcohol and under 3 g/L residual sugar. The refined intense mouthfeel is the result of being unfiltered. |
