TASTING NOTE: From one of Ontario's most renowned winemakers, this delicious, crisp, tangy, balanced Chardonnay exemplifies elegance and complexity. \"Ardoise\" means \"slate,\" which is apt, since L'Ardoise is sourced from several prime sites rich in Niagara's ancient limestone. It shows apple, pear, orchard blossoms, vanilla, cinnamon and smoke and would pair beautifully with smoked salmon. Price $ 25.95
