TASTING NOTE: The world's most popular wine grape, Chardonnay is grown in warm and cool regions alike, and Canada makes especially cool, expressive examples. Named for the limestone caves and mineral springs in their estate vineyard, Cave Spring is a paragon of purity, precision and elegance in premium Ontario winemaking. This intense, elegantly styled wine shows citrus, peach, pear, vanilla, and a delicate salinity. Price $ 21.95
