BRAMĚTO DELLA SALA CHARDONNAY 2022 IGT Umbria
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer ANTINORI
Medium straw in colour, this 2022 vintage has an attractive, gently complex, very bright, intense, ripe, lemony, toasty nose. Dry, medium to medium-full bodied, quite well structured, gently spicy, intense, ripe, lemon-apple meringue flavours with a lingering, harmonious, minerally, gently complex finish. It opens up nicely in the glass and is quite approachable now - perfect with roast chicken, ham or lamb. This blend of non-malolactic stainless steel fermented Chardonnay with some richer oak-fermented lots with malolactic ends up having 12.5% alcohol, 2 g/L residual sugar and good total acidity with lot number L3263 on the lower part of the glass bottle.
