Medium-deep pale red colour. Attractive, ripe, fairly toasty, bright, ripe red plum nose with some gently earthy notes. Dry, medium bodied and nicely structured with good Pinot Noir ripe plum-raspberry fruit typicity complemented by some complex, faintly earthy notes on the lingering, very slightly bricky finish. It has 12.5% alcohol and under 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number L2023-06-23 on the lower part of the glass bottle. |

TASTING NOTE: A new release from Niagara's mastermind of Burgundian grapes, Thomas Bachelder. The 2021 vintage saw bouts of extreme variability in weather, yet the overall heat and early budbreak made for a long growing season to craft sumptuous, long-lived Pinot Noir with notes of raspberry and truffle, plus a hint of iron on the finish. |
