SAUVIGNON BLANC DE Corte 2023 Garzón
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer BODEGA GARZÓN
Garzon something 12.5% alcohol lot number 150 424 on the back label screw closure. Pale straw colour. Bright, very youthful, rather herbal, very gently spicy, grassy, minerally nose. Very dry, medium to medium light bodied, extremely crisp, slightly peppery, spicy, lemon-apple flavors with a lingering, bright, tight finish. Works with oysters but needs more time to come together - a year or so would really help especially as it was recently bottled only 5 months ago. It has 12.5% alcohol and under 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number 150424 on the back label. Screwcap closure. CSPC 12678
