| Bright light straw colour with streams of tiny bubbles. Fairly intense, fresh, slightly spicy, attractive, floral, ripe, apple-melon-pear-lemon fruit on the nose. Dry, medium to medium-light bodied, well balanced, slightly spicy, fresh, harmonious, ripe, lemon-melon-pear-apple fruit flavours with a lingering, fairly crisp, mineral-tinged, effervescent finish. Has over 15 months on lees aging in the bottle. Terrific value, this crowd-pleasing, ready-to-drink, organic blend of 50% Macabeo, 35% Parellada and 15% Xarel.lo has 11.5% alcohol, 10 g/L residual sugar and 5.7 g/L total acidity with a new lot number 03-05-24 L24124231E on the back label. |
