| Medium-light straw colour. Classic, fairly intense, attractive, wintermelon nose with some faintly honeyed, nutty, buttery-yam-tinged notes. Dry, medium bodied, well balanced, very pleasant, fairly intense, fresh, ripe, wintermelon-lemon flavours with a crisp, lingering, gently complex, well structured, mineral-tinged finish. Great with seafood. AKA Trebbiano di Soave, this organic award-winning 2021 was aged for 5 months on fine lees and has 13.5% alcohol and under 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number L24062 on the back label.
