| This new Destination Store ONLY release has a bright extremely pale straw colour. Intense, spicy, slightly hebral and grassy on the nose with some youthful, apple-yellow-prapefruit notes. Dry, medium bodied, fresh, slightly spicy, faintly herbal, attractive, grassy, ripe, melon-apple-apriciot flavours with a lingering, crisp, gently minerally finish. This very tasty, ready-to-drink. crowd-pleaser works perfectly with seafood and spicy dishes. It has 12.5% alcohol and under 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number LN1373/233 on the back label. This Sauvignon Blanc is grown in fertile soils with plenty of sunshine. It is a bright green-yellow colour with a crisp and delicate freshness. The bouquet reveals aromas of passion fruit with bell pepper and herbal notes. The palate is crisp and clean, with generous acidity and a refreshing finish. |
