This 100% Gamay was aged for 10 months in French oak (35% new) and has a bright medium-deep crimson-tinged red colour. Bright, fresh, ripe, raspberry-crancherry nose with some minerally notes. Dry, medium to medium-light bodied, very bright, fresh, ripe, plum-raspberry-cranberry fruit flavours with a lingering, harmonious, crisp finish. This ready-to-drink, well balanced, refreshing 2021 is a perfect match for hot or cold bbq Atlantic salmon. It has 12% alcoho, 1 g/L residual sugar and 6.45 total acidity with a screwcap closure (233 cases produced)
