Intense deep purple colour. Fresh, juicy, ripe black cherry nose with some spicy, gently cedary notes. Dry, medium bodied, spicy, plummy-black-cherry flavours with a lingering, gently cedary, fairly high acid finish. This 2021 was vinified in a similar manner as the 2020 - 50%was aged in 100% French oak barrels (10% new barrel and 40% second and third use barrels) and 50% in stainless steel tanks. This ready-to-drink, crowd-pleaser has 13.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number L-P162 and 2-22210 on the back label. CSPC 166298
