LE RÉGAL ROUGE 2021 AC Minervois
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer LE LOUP BLANC
NEW in Vintages. This organic blend of 50% Grenache, 40% Carignan and 10% Syrah was aged for 10 months in concrete vats. Barely a year old it has a youthful fairly deep intense purple colour. The nose is spicy, bright and minerally with youthful plummy fruit. Dry medium bodied, very bright, faintly peppery, plum-crancherry flavours with a very crisp, lingering finish without much complexity. It might well be a match for roast turkey. It has 13.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number L22140 on the lower part of the glass bottle. CSPC 27791
