CHÂTEAU TOUR DE HAUT-MOULIN 2015 AC Haut-Médoc
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer
NEW in Vintages. Deep intense purple colour, this blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 45% Merlot and 5% Petit Verdot was aged in French oak for 12-15 months - 30% of new. Lots of complexity on the nose which shows some earthy, cedar-tinged, maturing, intense, ripe plum fruit. Dry, medium bodied, nicely structured, fairly dense albeit well balanced, ripe plum fruit with some mulberry notes along with a fairly high acid, quite well structured, lingering finish. Great with roast beef. Has 13.5% alcohol and under 2 g/L residual sugar. CSPC 26295
