Extremely deep intense purple colour. Intense, spicy, faintly earthy, complex, ripe, plum-cherry nose with some cedary, mocha-chocolate notes. Dry, medium-full bodied, well structured, intense, ripe, plum-cherry flavours with a youthful, lingering, cedary, fairly high acid, faintly earthy, sandalwood-tinged finish. This unfined-unfiltered 100% Malbec has 13.8% alcohol and under 5 g/L residual sugar with lot number L2218222183 on the back label. Fermented in 225-500 L barrels with malolactic fermentation and then aged for 18 months in French oak. CSPC 982355
