Fairly deep purple colour. Rather spicy, intense, very ripe, warm plummy nose with a hint of raisinand sandalwood. Dry, medium to medium-full bodied, well structured, slightly spicy, harmonious, intense, forward, warm, dried, ripe, plum-cherry flavours with a lingering, complex, bright, sandalwood finish with some hints of bitternesss. This 100% Nero d'Avola has 14.5% alcohol and 4 g/L residual sugar with lot number L101121 on the back label. It was matured for 12 to 14 months in French oak. It is quite ready to enjoy. CSPC 128967
