This mature blend of 85% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon has a deep intense garnet colour. Intense, earthy, complex, slightly spicy, plummy, dried red cherry nose with some cedary, sandalwood notes. Dry, medium-full bodied, well structured, fairly extracty, dense, maturing, warm, ripe, intense, plum-cherry flavours with a lingering, somewhat earthy, cedary, red licorice tinged, mouthfilling finish. It has 13.5% alcohol and under 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number L1-15 on the lower part of the glass bottle. |
