L'APPEL DES SEREINES SYRAH 2019 France |
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note |
Producer |
FRANÇOIS VILLARD |
Deep purple colour, the nose is gently complex, very spicy and quite intense with lots of ripe, slightly jammy, black-cherry-raspberry fruit. Dry, medium bodied and nicely structured, the spicy, gently complex, sandalwood-tinged, ripe plummy-raspberry flavours are followed up by a lingering, crisp, rather cedary, pine-tinged finish. This ready-to-drink, versatile, crowd-pleasing Syrah has 13% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number LCRSY19 on the back label. |
