TASTING NOTE: Chocolate-covered cherry in an earthy core makes for a graceful and delicious first impression by this layered red. Acidity has verve, lifting ripe cherry and plum with a graceful sprinkling of white pepper. Tannins are easygoing but present, building the wine's exceptional frame.
