| From the heart of Roussillon by the Mediterranean this new 2021 Vintages favourite is a terrific value crowd-pleaser Very bright pale salmon colour, it has a slightly spicy, ripe plum-apple nose with some mineral notes. Dry, medium-light bodied and slightly spicy the ripe, fresh, apple-plum purée flavours are followed up with a lingering, unoaked, lifted, bright finish. Ready-to-drink, it would work well with vegetarian dishes, seafood and even poultry. This blend of Grenache and Syrah has 12.5% alcohol and 3 g/L residual sugar with the lot number L20356A on the lower part of the glass bottle. |
