PING MERITAGE 2019 BC VQA Okanagan Valley
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer SEE YA LATER RANCH
NEW in Vintages, this blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc was aged in French and American oak. Deep intense purple colour. Very spicy, intense, cedary-oaky nose with lots of plummy-cassis fruit and some faintly smoky mocha-chocolate notes. Dry, medium-full bodied, well structured, intense, spicy, cedary-cassis flavours with a lingering, youthful, fairly grippy finish. Unfortunately, there are no details on winery website regarding the % varietals used or the time in barrel. It has 14.5% alcohol and 3 g/L residual sugar with number 21321 on the lower part of the glass bottle. CSPC 25663
