This crowd-pleasing new Barossa Valley blend of 80% Grenache, 15% Shiraz and 5% Mataro has a deep intense purple colour. Very attractive, spicy, juicy, intense, fresh, ripe, plummy-black-cherry puree nose with some cedary notes. Dry, medium to medium-full bodied, spicy, tangy, rich, ripe, juicy, black-cherry-plum-cassis flavours with a bright, fresh, lingering, cedary finish. Quite ready-to-drink, it has 14.5% alcohol and under 1 g/L residual sugar with lot number L2097 on the lower part of the glass bottle. Great with bbq ribs. CSPC 346510
