Dry, medium-light bodied, very slightly spicy, fresh, ripe, apple-lemon flavours with a very crisp unoaked, mineral-tinged, youthful finish. This organic blend of Grenache and Cinsault has 13% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar. |
