Very bright light salmon pink colour. Slightly spicy, mineral-tinged youthful, fresh, ripe apple nose. Dry, medium-light bodied, very slightly spicy, fresh, ripe, apple-lemon flavours with a very crisp unoaked, mineral-tinged, youthful finish.
