Marlborough Pinot Noir 2020 Marlborough, South Island
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer Trinity Hill
Bright pale purple-red colour. Attractive, ripe, gently spicy, rather fruity, plum-cherry-strawberry fruit with some floral, rose-tinged, very slightly savoury notes. Dry, medium bodied, harmonious and nicely textured with bright, fresh, ripe, cherry-raspberry flavours with a lingering, crisp finish. This crowd-pleaser has 14% alcohol, under 1 g/L residual \sugar and 6.6 g/L total acidity with lot number 21243 on the lower part of the glass bottle. Apparently it did not see any oak. Screwcap closure.
