Pinot Gris 2020 Rogue Valley, Willamette Valley
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer Del Rio Vineyard Estate
NEW in Vintages. This pleasant Oregon Pinot Gris hails from the Willamette’s southern Rogue Valley. It has a light straw colour and a fairly spicy, honeyed, faintly leesy, floral nose with some some orange citrus notes. Dry, medium bodied, spicy, gently complex, very slightly earthy, maturing, apricot-citrus flavours with a lingering, slightly minerally finish. Totally ready to drink. It has 12.7% alcohol, 6 g/L residual sugar and a low 3.5 g/L total acidity with lot number 210513 on the back label and 22107 0200717 on the lower part of the glass bottle. It was 100% fermented in stainless steel tanks and 1% undergoing malolactic fermentation and then aged on its lees for eight months. CSPC 25110
