WHITE DOURO 2021 DOC Douro
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer QUADRUS
This aromatic Douro vinho branco is a fragrant blend of Côdega de Larinho, Rabigato and Viosinho. It has a bright pale straw colour and a complex, mineral-driven, very spicy, faintly toasty, ripe, lemony, wintermelon nose. It’s fairly dry, medium bodied and quite well structured with lively, very spicy, ripe, lemon-apple-melon-apricot flavours followed up by a lingering, high acid, gently complex, cedary finish. Best with poultry and white meats, it’s quite ready-to-drink and has 12.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar. CSPC 667162
