Vintage Assessments Tasting Note |
Producer |
CAVE DE RIBEAUVILLÉ |
According to the winery, this blend of 80% Pinot Blanc and 20% Auxerrois spends approximately 9 months on the lees between tirage and degorgement. It has an extremely pale straw colour and a pleasant, gently spicy, faintly honeyed, floral nose with some ripe apple-melon notes. Fairly dry, medium-light bodied, gently spicy, bright, ripe, apple-melon fruit with a crisp, slightly minerally, fizzy finish. Ready-to-drink. It has 12% alcohol and 9 g/L residual sugar with lot number L1701 - 103/22 which suggests that it was bottled on April 13, 2022. |
