Assessed from a Bottle purchased at Vintages. Bright light tangerine-salmon-pink colour. Charming, gently fruity, slightly spicy, bright, ripe, cantalope-melon-apple fruit aromas. Dry, medium bodied, well balanced, mineral-tinged, bright, peach-cherry-apple-plum flavours with an attractive, lingering, crisp, mineral-tinged finish. This thoughtful blend of 60% Pinot Noir, 30% Pinot Gris, 5% Pinot Meunier and 5% Chardonnay has 12.7% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with a screwcap closure. It was fermented and aged in stainless steel, preserving all the delicate fruit aromas and flavours as well as ensuring freshness and lift. It has an undeniable charm and elegance, with peach, cherry and tropical flavours. A great sipping wine that will be excellent with grilled chicken or veggie kebabs. Price $ 19.95
