Assessed from a bottle purchased at the LCBO. Bright extremely pale faint pink colour. Fairly spicy, ripe apple-melon-apricot nose with some mineral notes. Dry, medium-light bodied, very slightly spicy, bright, ripe, apple-melon-lemon flavours with a crisp, unoaked finish. Versatile, ready-to-drink and very well priced. Has 12% alcohol and 5 g/L residual sugar with lot number L05522 on the capsule. CSPC 490938
