| NEW in Vintages. Bright very pale pink colour with a slightly spicy, elegant, faintly plummy, ripe, red apple nose along with some floral notes. Dry, medium bodied, bright, harmonious, crisp, fresh, youthful, apple-melon-red-cherry flavours with a lingering, crisp, unoaked, mineral-tinged finish. This 2021 is a blend of 66% Pinot Noir, 18% Pinot Meunier, 14% Gamay Noir and 2% Riesling with 12.1% alcohol, 3 g/L residual sugar and 5.8 g/L total acidity with lot number 2063 on the lower part of the glass bottle. Screwcap closure. |
