| A THIRD REPEAT of the recommended 2019 that was last released on October 30, 2021 at $17.95. Assessed from a freshly purchased bottle. Here is one of the most popular Aussi reds in Vintages. This well priced Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon gives many Cabs out there a real run for the money. Extremely deep purple colour. Attractive, intense, ripe, juicy, black-cherry-cassis nose with some cedary, faintly mocca-chocolate notes. Dry, medium-bodied, nicely well structured, harmonious, intense, gently spicy, ripe, plum-cherry-cassis flavours with a lingering, bright, harmonious, cedary finish. This ready-to-drink, very tasty, well balanced, crowd-pleaser has 14.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number D521-107314 on the lower part of the glass bottle. Screwcap closure - it would be great with ribs and lamb. |

| TASTING NOTE: Sister's Run Old Testament 2019 is a great value Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon under $20. Coonawarra is known for its red iron-oxide terra Rossa soils, one of the most distinct terroirs . The Old Testament vineyard is located in the heart of that wine region and the 2019 vintage is rich, lush and smoky, with ripe blackberry, dark plum, savoury herbs, mocha, spicy and mouth-filling with a long finish.
