This Vintages Online Exclusive was assessed from a sample provided by the winery. NEW in Vintages. It has a bright medium straw colour and an attractive, somewhat spicy, complex, intense, toasty, rich, lemon meringue nose. Dry medium-full to full bodied, fleshy, mouthfilling, lemon meringue and key lime flavours with a lingering, bright, harmonious, cedary finish. It has 14.5% alcohol and 4 g/L residual sugar with lot number L42072001 1018 on the lower part of the glass bottle. CSPC 22682

TASTING NOTE: This Chardonnay is made from fruit picked by hand in the Napa Valley zone of Carneros. Touches of Roussanne and Gewürztraminer are added for extra depth and floral complexity, and the wine is aged 10 months in French oak. Expect an abundance of ripe, tropical fruit character and a smooth, round mouthfeel, and pair with butter chicken or pork roast. Price $ 49.95
