| Very bright pale straw colour. Attractive, spicy, honeyed, bright, ripe yellow-plum nose with some mineral-tinged, apple-pear notes. Fairly dry, medium to medium-light bodied, slightly spicy, tangy, fresh, ripe lemon-melon-pear-apple flavours with a lingering, mineral-tinged, refreshing finish. Great with seafood and poultry, it’s ready-to-drink. Has 13.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number L213121 on the capsule. Screwcap closure. |
