| This 13th release at Vintages is another winner! Very deep intense purple colour. The nose is bright, intense and gently spicy with lots of faintly smoky, ripe, cassis-plum-cherry purée fruit with a hint of toasty, mocha-chocolate. Dry, medium to medium-full bodied, bright, intense, ripe, plum-cherry-cassis flavours with a lingering, gently cedary, faintly smoke-tinged, lifted, blueberry compote finish. This delicious, harmonious, ready-to-drink, blend of 70% Syrah (in concrete tanks) and 30% Grenache (in 600 litre oak demi-muid barrels) has 14.5% alcohol and 3 g/L residual sugar with lot number L21312A on the lower part of the glass bottle. |
