GRAHAM NORTON'S OWN SAUVIGNON BLANC 2021 Marlborough, South Island
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer INVIVO
Bright very pale straw colour. Bright, attractive, gently grassy, ripe, lemon-apple-grapefruit nose with some mineral notes. Dry, medium to medium-light bodied, harmonious, flavourful, tangy, fresh, ripe, lemon-melon-apple-yellow-grapefruit flavours with a lingering, crisp, mineral-tinged finish. One of the best Sauvignon Blancs tasted this year. it has 12.5% alcohol and 5 g/L residual sugar with lot number 080921 on the back label and 21204 on the lower part of the glass bottle. Great with seafood and especially with scallops au beurre noir. Screwcap closure - it improves with breathing and is capable of aging for another yar or so. CSPC 560284
