ROSSO DI MONTEPULCIANO 2019 DOC
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer POLIZIANO
NEW in Vintages. This second wine of POLIZIANO is a very tasty blend of 80% Prugnolo Gentile (aka Sangiovese) and 20% Merlot. It has a fairly deep intense purple colour and an attractive, gently spicy, sandalwood-tinged, ripe, Damson plum nose with some some hints of red cherry and cassis. Rather dry, medium bodied, well structured, harmonious, bright, ripe, plummy, cherry jubilee fruit with a lingering, fresh, crisp, refreshingly clean finish. Not overly complex, versatile and easy/ready-to-drink, it has 14% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number L21168 on the back label. CSPC 22795
