| Bright medium-deep purple-red colour. Fresh, very youthful, gently spicy, ripe, plummy nose with a touch of minerality. Very dry, medium to medium-light bodied, fresh, tangy, plum-crancherry fruit on the palate with a very crisp, still somewhat grippy, gently complex finish that still has has some youthful, peppery notes. This unoaked 100% Gamay has 13.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number 20210809-03 on the lower part of the glass bottle. Screwcap closure. Only 320 cases were produced. I would like to taste another bottle next year as I have a hunch that it willimprove. |
