Here’s a reliable, rather rich, ripe, toasty, ready-to-drink Santa Barbara Chard that will dance on your tongue with roast chicken, lamb or even a lobster bisque! Bright medium straw colour with a intense, complex, very attractive, gently buttery, cedary, vanilla-driven, lemon meringue nose with lots of mineral notes and a hints of key lime pie, Dry, medium to medium-full bodied, well structured, intense, complex, lemon meringue flavours with a lingering, harmonious, rather toasty, lifted, caramel-butterscotch finish. Has a hefty 14.1% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number 20200602 on the back label tag. |
