| This new 2018 Vintages Essential has a fairly deep intense purple colour. Spicy,fresh, ripe, plum-crancherry nose with some sandalwood notes. Dry, medium bodied, harmonious, well structured, spicy, gently juicy, bright, ripe, plummy-cherry purée flavours with a lingering, fairly high acid, cedar-tinged finish. A ready-to-drink, crowd-pleaser has 13.5% alcohol and 5 g/L residual sugar with lot number 19129 on the back label and 20170316 on the lower part of the glass bottle. Screwcap closure. |
