| A THIRD REPEAT of the 2020 that was originally released on February 20, 2021 at $19.95. Here is a new note based on a new bottle just purchased at the LCBO. Bright extremely pale straw colour. The nose shows lots of grrassy, gooseberry notes with some ripe, apple-tinged, yellow grapefruit along with some mineral notes. Dry, medium to medium-light bodied, tangy, spicy, harmonious, gently grassy, very fresh, yellow grapefruit flavours with a lingering, crisp, well balanced, unoaked finish. This 100% Sauvignon Blanc has 13.5% alcohol and under 1 g/L residual sugar (not 4 g/L as appears on the LCBO website) with number 3420290 on the lower part of the glass bottle. Screwcap closure. |
