CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2019 Lodi
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer IRONSTONE
This is the 32nd appearance of this Lodi red in Vintages since July 12, 2004. Only twice in all these years did it ever score a high 87.5-points. It was mostly 86 to 87 points. Here is a previous note: Deep intense purple colour. Very spicy, cedary, baked cherry-plum-apple purée nose. Fairly dry, medium bodied, quite well structured, very juicy, spicy, plum-cherry puree flavours with a faintly sweetish, somewhat cedary, very spicy, slightly mocha-chocolate-tinged finish. This crowd-pleasing, entry level red has 13.5% alcohol and 5 g/L residual sugar . CSPC 537597
