| Deep purple colour. Spicy, somewhat peppery, dried, plum-apple purée nose with some sandalwood and red licorice notes. Dry, medium bodied, somewhat spicy, slightly tart, faintly bitter, plum-red-apple flavours with a very crisp, sandalwood-tinged finish. This blend of Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara is made in the Ripasso method and has 14% alcohol and 6 g/L residual sugar with lot number L212498 on the back label. |

| TASTING NOTE: This winery is owned by a family that's been making wine for over two centuries. The wine itself is a blend of Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara that's aged in oak for a year. Look for notions of violets, ripe blackberry and licorice with a touch of bitter cocoa, and sip alongside roasted raddichio with pancetta, ricotta and dates. |
