SUBMISSION RED 2019 California
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer 689 CELLARS
Deep intense purple colour. The nose is very juicy with lots of spicy, chocolaty, ripe, raspberry-black-cherry fruit with toasty-vanilla notes. Fairly dry and medium-full bodied with intense, somewhat peppery, bold, raspberry jam and chocolate-covered-cherry flavours along with a lingering, cedary, tangy finish. With 1,007 cases arriving in LCBO stores, I am assured that this will appeal to open-minded imbibers who are not encumbered by more traditional styles. This blend of unknown grapes has 14.5% alcohol and 6 g/L residual sugar and L21056 on the lower part of the glass bottle. NEW in Vintages. CSPC 22602
