Youthful deep intense purple colour. Attractive harmonious, complex, gently smoky, ripe black cherry puree nose with some cedar-sandalwood notes. Dry, medium bodied, bright, fruity, harmonious, well structured, ripe, plummy, black cherry puree flavours with a lingering, raspberry-tinged finish. This blend of 90% Shiraz with 5% Grenache Noir and 5% Mourvedre has 14% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar spent 8 months in old 225 liter French oak barrels. The Grenache and Mourvedre components were unoaked and matured in stainless steel. Bottling date April 2019. Screwcap closure. NEW in Vintages. CSPC 21326

Ferrous and spicy with plenty of grip and intensity, notes of lavender and fynbos and subtle whole bunch sap and structure. Drink date: 2022-2026.
