Extremely deep intense purple colour. Attractive, intense, ripe, plum-black-cherry nose with lots of cedary, mocha-chocolate notes. Dry, medium to medium-full bodied, well structured, fairly dense, gently spicy, ripe plum-cherry flavours with a lingering, cedary, fairly high acid, dark chocolate, harmonious finish. This well-made crowd-pleasing blend of Touriga Nacional, Alicante Bouschet, Syrah,Cabernet Sauvignon, etc. has 14.5% alcohol and 3 g/L residual sugar with lot number L18200999F2 on the lower part of the glass bottle. The grapes were Mechanically harvested during the night.and were fermented with controlled temperature (22-28 ° C) in stainless steel vats. Full malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks with French oak staves followed by 9 months in French and American 400 L oak barrels. CSPC 445122
