Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer PRIEURÉ DE CÉNAC
Extremely deep intense purple colour. Attractive, gently complex, intense, ripe, mullberry-cherry-plum purée nose with some complex, gently toasty notes. Dry, medium to medium-full bodied, very well structured, slightly spicy, ripe, plummy-cherry flavours with a lingering, gently grippy, high acid, faintly cedary,still youthful finish. Has 14% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number L20320 on the lower part of the glass bottle. Even better than the recommended 2016 (**/**+) was released on March 21, 2020 at $24.95.
